Our Affordable Attic facility located at 7100 N. 23rd Street in McAllen Texas is our first and only 2 story facility. This facility also offers the most climate-controlled units compared to our other locations.
The smallest climate-controlled unit is 5 x 7.5, which is about the size of a standard closet. The largest is 10 x 30, which is about the size of a two-car garage.
Regular storage units (non-climate controlled) are also available. The sizes for regular storage start at 5 x 10, which is a tad bigger than a standard closet size. The biggest regular storage unit size is 10 x 20, which is the size of a one-car garage.
